Yesterday was all about doing our best, doesn't matter if you win or lose. First event caught me off guard because honestly, I have no interest for it yet it gave me no reason to stop. From there I knew I could keep on smiling and continue my next event albeit being eliminated for the early morning show. Second event resumed smoothly for a couple of minutes before tension sinks in. Every winner has an opponent: Tyson gay versus Usain Bolt. Apparently Maryam and I were the ones leading while other competitors got injured with every jump they attempted. My final jump was a test between the opposite tensions (according to Morrie) but I realized the body couldn't handle the fatigue escalating inside and I can't afford another muscle pull. As a result of my mental weakness, I lost to Maryam and came in third (yes instead of 2nd). A loud "awrghh" filled the air when the pole fell for my last attempt. Got my sneakers and towel, I left right after congratulating M who owns.

"We were betting on you to win!" exclaimed the judges and height markers.
